DescriptionThe Leave of Absence (LOA) Specialist 2 assists employees calling the UCLA Health Employee Experience Center with inquiries related to leaves of absences such as FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and Military Leaves. In this role, you will provide an overview information and process instructions to employees needing to take a leave, enter data into LOAN, ServiceNow and UCPath, assuring data is maintained at all times, and interact directly with employee on LOA, employee’s manager, and internal HR colleagues (i.e. Benefits, Workers’ Compensation Disability Management, etc.) to provide support and information.
