SummaryThe PACT RN is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care. The RN assumes responsibility for the coordination of care - administers medications and procedures - influences care outcomes by collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary team. The RN is responsible for providing care to primary care patients and oversight of LPNs/NAs.
