SummaryThe RN Access Coordinator will conduct consult management in Outpatient Mental Health (OPMH). Consult management facilitates access into OPMH - ensuring the Veteran gets the right care in the right place at the right time. The position will conduct initial triage - perform clinical reminders and screenings - and coordinate appointments.
