Lead Transfer Center Nurse
Job Summary: The Lead Transfer Center Nurse is responsible for coordination of daily / shift transfer center operations and for assisting the Administrative Director with human resource, quality, and financial management of the transfer center. The Lead Transfer Center Nurse will function as a clinical resource nurse for transfer processes; participate in department and district Committees; collaborate with community stakeholders; coordinate services/special projects; facilitate educational activities to promote professional growth; and provide administrative/operational support to the department.
