Orthopaedic Clinical Nurse Navigator - 771003
DescriptionAssists with coordination of elective total joint arthroplasties with orthopedic surgeons, Internal Medicine, orthopedic clinics to include, but not limited to: preoperative joint class, preoperative clearances with reference labs/consulting physicians, surgery departments, anesthesia dept.Assists with coordination and conducting of weekly presurgical interdisciplinary meetings to include: clinical nurse navigator, assistant director of joint center, anesthesia, OR Director, case manager, physical therapy, occupational therapy and any ad hoc team members deemed necessary.Maintain quality data deemed necessary by the quality department for reporting purposes as requested by the Joint Center Director.Assists with preadmission
