The VA North Texas Health Care System is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Base Primary Care Case Manager) to provide health care to patients within the community, home or residential setting. This position is located in Bonham, Texas. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
