Position Summary
The Hospital Case Manager RN Trainee is responsible for cross continuum care coordination. This individual works with physicians/APP, peers, community colleagues, and others to orchestrate care across the health care continuum, to identify opportunities to continually improve patient care and services, to improve population health, and to achieve collaborative practices that exemplify MultiCare Health Systemâs commitment to patient centered care and community engagement.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Employees may be grandfathered if hired in or prior to January 2021
- 5 years of recent clinical hospital/ambulatory experience
- 4 years recent hospital case management experience preferred
- Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN)
- Healthcare financial and reimbursement knowledge preferred
- Leadership and emergency services experience a plus
- Above average clinical skills

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The starting pay for this position is $101,816.00 and the pay scale is $101,816.00 - $155,147.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicantâs years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
