ASPgM for Tenetâ��s EPMO is responsible for successfully leading strategic and tactical program and project teams across the organization in support of Tenetâ��s business objectives and needs. This role ensures complete business cases are completed by the appropriate teams for leadership approval, measures of success are defined with the business owners to track program and/or project value and outcomes, cost estimates are comprehensive and ongoing forecasts are effectively managed, resource assignments are planned efficiently and secured timely, program and project deliverables are delivered on time and meet or exceed expectations, scope is managed with enough structure to keep programs and projects on track but with enough agility and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
Education and Experience
6 â�� 10 years as a strategic PgM of progressively more complex and large scale initiatives
Strong knowledge of financial principles around capital versus expense related to capital vs operating expense required
An industry standard process management certification is required. (College degree of same specialty may be substituted) Example certifications such as
Project Management Instituteâ��s Project Management or Agile Professional
Lean Six Sigma
A masterâ��s degree in project management, healthcare or computer science is preferred. Related job experience may substituted
Experience in the healthcare industry strongly preferred
Microsoft products such as Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Visio or equivalent process mapping tool
ServiceNow Project Management or equivalent project management tool
Apptio financial management or equivalent financial management tool
